Pavlov proved that animals can be conditioned to react to any set of stimulii - light - dark - heat - cold - loud noises or quite! Obviously Arik sharon believes that the previous programming that has been used on the People of Israel by himself, his Cabinet and Staff and the members of the Knesset, to be so successful that he has no question in his mind that the Jew on the street in Israel will accept whatever he says as the absolute truth - instead of the apparent lies that we know issue directly from his offices and under his sanction! Even to those included in theHaaretz Newspaper and the IBA

Mr. Sharon misquoted himself! He should have release the following statement; "This mornings's murder is just another under the auspices of the Government of Israel under my leadership".

The age of an anti-Jewish Israel is coming quickly to an end, B'ezrat Hashem, and we all will have the honor to great the truth with each and every sound we hear!

Sharon: "This morning's murder is the first murder under the auspices of the International Court of Justice's ruling."

One person was killed and over 30 wounded when a bomb exploded behind a bus stop near the old central bus station in South Tel-Aviv on Har Zion Boulevard.

The explosion occurred just after 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning. It is the first terror attack in Tel-Aviv in seven months.

Thirty people were wounded, including one critically, and five who are listed in serious condition. All the wounded were evacuated to hospital within ten minutes of the attack, MDA reported. [See bottom of story for Hospital numbers]. Tel-Aviv mayor Ron Huldai said the bomb had been packed with metal bolts, and that several buildings in the immediate vicinity of the attack were damaged.

A critically wounded woman died shortly after the attack, Police said. "This morning's murder is the first murder under the auspices of the International Court of Justice's ruling, " Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said as he opened Sunday's cabinet meeting. On Friday, the ICJ ruled that Israel's security fence is illegal and must be dismantled.

Yasser Arafat's Fatah Al Aksa Martyrs' Brigades in Nablus claimed responsibility for the attack. The group said its Abu Hamdan and Nadr Abu Lil Battalion carried out the attack. The names are references to two Fatah terrorists killed by IDF forces two months ago. Hizbullah's Al-Manar TV reported the group as saying the attack was in response to "the crimes Israel is committing in Beit Hanun."

"This says that we can reach every place, even when there is a fence," an Al Aksa spokesman in the West Bank city of Nablus told the Associated Press.

According to security services there were no warnings prior to the attack. Security officials told Army Radio that the General Security Service has registered 47 terror attack warnings, and urges the speedy construction of the security fence.

Tel Aviv police chief Cmdr. Yossi Sedbon said the 2 kg bomb, packed with ball bearings and bolts, was placed in bushes behind the bus stop, and was not the result of a suicide bombing. Sedbon would not comment on reports that the device was set off by remote control. Police are boosting their presence in all major Israeli cities, Sedbon said. The bomb was placed inside a bag in bushes behind the bus stop, police commissioner Insp.-Gen. Shlomo Aharonishky said. He added that there have been no arrests yet, and that the Police and General Security Service are conducting a joint investigation.

"The quiet we have experienced lately is deceptive, and Palestinian terrorists are looking for any way to get through and attack," Aharonishky said.

The explosion damaged bus number 26 which had just pulled out of the bus stop before the explosion occured. Avi, the No, 26 bus driver said that the explosion happened seconds after he pulled away from the bus stop. "Everyone wanted to get off the bus, they were in a panic. I opened the door for them, and checked the bus for wounded, there were none. The explosion occurred just a few seconds after I passed the bus stop," he told Israel Radio.

"I heard the explosion and I saw the hysteria," Shlomi Ben-Abu, a witness, told Army Radio. "A woman soldier flew across my view. That's what I saw. It was not on a bus. It was at a bus stop."

An eyewitness told Israel Radio about the attack. "I heard a very loud explosion. I looked left and saw a black cloud of smoke. I knew straight away it was a terror bombing. I stopped my car and dialed 100 [Police] on my cell phone. I ran as fast as I could to the wounded people, there were a lot of citizens who came rushing to help. There were soldiers too, and they took out their medical aid kits and started treating the wounded. I ran from one person to the other, bandaging them until the ambulances arrived."

Foreign Ministry officials told Army Radio that there was an obvious need for a security fence as the motivation by terror groups to carry out attacks has not decreased.

Maayan Naim,(Hashem should avenge her blood) 19, from Bat Yam, murdered today while waiting for her bus to her base at Tel Hashomer has a special story as do all of our victims of terror.

The small street of Balfour in Bat Yam is where Maayan lived with her parents and siblings. Peretz Chaim Naim and his wife, Mazal, were baalei teshuva who had left the life of the world of Tel Aviv for a new world of Torah over the past few years. Maayan's four siblings always called Maayan "Pocohantos" as her beauty and warmth shined for the entire family. Each morning after minyan as Peretz Chaim would open up his fruit and vegetable store, Maayan would bring the fresh bread and milk for her mother, Mazal, and her four siblings. On Friday nights, as her Abba would venture out to the synagogue in his recent new lifestyle of minyan attendance 3x a day, Mazal would pray in her living room and Maayan would join her mother in tears and song as they prayed together to wait for Abba to come home for kiddush.

Last Friday night, Maayan had missed the last bus to Bat Yam, and made it to the house a few minutes after candlelighting on foot. She embraced her mother and siblings and they sang "Lecha Dodi" together, while she was still in uniform, not even spending a minute to change to shabbat clothes.

Two weeks ago, Maayan Naim, had her 19th birthday party with her friends. Shani Sambarnin, who was Maayan's best friend since gan, was sick and could not make the party. Maayan was supposed to 'recelebrate' tonight with Shani in Tel Aviv for the belated birthday dinner with her best friend. Maayan was to be discharged from the IDF in 2005 and had registered for school to start her studies. Maayan Naim, 19, is survived by her siblings and her mother, Mazal, and her father Chaim. The news reporter who just visited the house of pre-shiva was told by Maayan's sister, "We don't have Mazal or Chaim, luck or life any more.

Maayan will be buried tonight and instead of a happy birthday with her friend, her siblings and father will recite Kaddish for Maayan Naim, another victim of Sharon's statistics of dead Jews.

Mr. Editor of Haaretz

I could not believe my ears when someone told me about an article of Yoel Marcus inviting the Government to spill the blood of the settlers for the sake of peace. Anyway, those settlers, he says, are not his brothers.

I wondered who are the settlers Marcus is talking about. Maybe he refers to those magnificent pioneers of Israel (before independence) who would erect a settlement in the middle of the night, without any legal permission? Today they call this settlement "maahaz", then it was "Choma u-migdal", pretty much the same.

And who are the real brothers of Marcus, if not all these settlers? It seems to me it can only be the Palestinians. The same call for the dream of a peace which was never, and never will be. The same "suicidal" attitude for a wrong cause. The same abysmal hatred.

Time will show Marcus how mistaken he is. He will also see that calls like his will have eventually contributed to disaster and not to real peace.

Haaretz journalist, Yoel Markus, encourages the government to spill the blood of settlers for the sake of peace, in his article "Don't Frighten me with Bloodshed" (Hebrew). Every psychopath is eventually exposed at a moment of crisis. The tantalising scent of Jewish uprooting has driven the Leftist sharks into frenzy. Needless to say that the Left's insatiable appetite for Jewish blood won't alert the GSS (Shabak) into action. As a classic representative of Haaretz morality, Yoel Markus makes it clear for anyone who might get it wrong: "...this will not be a fratricidal war because the settlers are not my brothers...". This statement should be compared with Haaretz's excruciating sensitivity for any fallen "hero" from among the ranks of Palestinian "freedom fighters". Who says we are not inventive at world trade dealings. We are the original exporters of the most distorted minds on earth. At any rate, Haaretz editor deserves your brotherly responses.

For almost four years we have been involved in a vicious war of terror. For two years we were shot at, in our homes, in our cars, walking the streets. Arab terrorist gunfire surrounded us, wherever we were, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Shalhevet Pass, HY”D, a ten-month old infant, was murdered by terrorist sniper gunfire from the Abu Sneneh hills. The bullet that penetrated her head and killed her first passed through her father’s two legs, felling him. At that time, over three years ago, Shalhevet was the youngest victim of the Oslo Terror War. Now, after four years of murderous attacks, almost 1,000 Israeli Jews have been killed and thousands wounded and maimed. In the meantime, Itzik Pass and his brother-in-law Matti Shvu are imprisoned in a jail cell.

Exactly a year ago, Itzik and Matti were arrested and indicted for possessing eight ‘explosive bricks’ found in Itzik’s automobile. Such items are commonly found in the possession of many Israelis. Despite massive attempts, the prosecutor’s office was unable to prove that the two men had any intention to use these items or to connect them to any particular crime.

The men were convicted of illegal possession of these goods and sentenced to fifteen months imprisonment. However the prosecution appealed the sentence and an appeal’s ruling added nine months to their incarceration, which will conclude in another year.

In spite of the fact that they have already served more than a quarter of their sentence, they are being held in very harsh conditions and are not permitted vacations, which are allowed almost all prisoners (including murderers and rapists) who have completed twenty-five percent of their incarceration. These conditions and restrictions are a direct result of massive pressure brought upon the prison authority by the Shabak – the “Jewish Division” of the Israeli intelligence services.

It is surmised that this pressure is aimed at preventing reduction of the men’s sentence by one third, allowing them to be released on parole in a few months. Israeli prison sentences are usually and normally reduced by one-third. The injustice screams out.

Why must a bereaved, terror-plagued family, be forced to endure continued suffering? Shalhevet’s grandfather, Avraham Zarbiv, was critically wounded, axed in the face and hand by a terrorist over a decade ago. Orital, Matti’s wife, was knifed by an Arab terrorist as a teenager in Hebron. Matti himself was injured by a terrorist’s bullet, shot in the leg from the Abu-Sneneh hills. And of course, the tragic murder of 10-month old Shalhevet, over three years ago.

Why must Shalhevet’s mother, Oriyah Pass, a young mother of two baby girls, continue to remain separated from her husband, facing hardships and pain alone?

Why does the “Jewish Division” of the Shabak continue to torture a bereaved, terror-plagued family, forbidding the two men vacations, to help their wives cope, two young sisters who need their husbands by their sides.

Why are murderers and other convicted felons permitted vacations, which are part of their basic rights, while this right is denied Itzik and Matti?

We turn to Shabak director, Avi Dichter and Internal Security minister Tzachi HaNegbi: Stop torturing terror-plagued families!

The unique circumstances and natural justice demand: Free Matti and Itzik!

The right to vacations is a basic privilege granted to all other prisoners. Permit Itzik and Matti the same, established right.

We turn to the President of Israel, Moshe Katzav, and ask: Why did you agree to reduce the sentence of Shalhevet’s murderer, yet you do not agree to pardon Itzik and Matti, for a much lesser crime!

I read your article "Jerusalem of old Politics peace terror. What about soul?" with great interest.

The battles over politics, peace and terror in Israel today are in actuality THE battle over the essence and the survival of our soul. The State of Israel without Torah based Judaism is like a body without a soul.

I live in Netzer Hazani, Gush Katif for 28 years, I have children and grandchildren who were born and live here as well.

My parents were refugees from Germany ,my grand parents refugees from Poland . I came home to the "Homeland for the Jews" to claim the land at the request of then P.M. Yitzchak Rabin,may he rest in peace.

My struggle today not to be a refugee from my home and homeland, the claim of the tribe of Judah, is not a political struggle nor a struggle against this terrorist or that one, nor about this "peace"plan or that one . It IS the climax struggle for the rekindling of that very Israeli "soul "you so yearn for .

The bald sand dunes of Gush Katif were called by the nearby Arabs who welcomed our arrival in 1975 , Grar, the cursed no mans land,,as they believed nothing could be grown here .According to them the last people to have lived in Grar , before the Israelis were our forefathers Abraham and Isaac.

With our hard work and God's help these barren sifting sands have miraculously turned into a green flourishing oasis,as predicted by the Biblical prophets .

Peace is a concept that infers wholeness ,a complete picture without fragmentation .

I am living calmly in my home, my homeland. I have never attacked anyone , killed anyone ,I even have a moral difficulty in swatting a fly. I would have expected those Arab neighbors who live the in cities alongside me to do the same--but they are constantly trying to swat me dead.

The logic that accepts exiling those that strive for peace ,for wholeness, people alongside people, and on the other hand encouraging those that seek fragmentation and destruction and cruelty, pushes the so sought after "peace " far far away.

We, in Gush Katif, have not fled from our home and homeland in spite of the 4000+ mortars and rockets that the cruel enemy claiming to represent Islam launched endlessly (in these four years since the Oslo Peace Agreements), to explode where we live and work , trying without let up to murder our bodies and souls. It is not terror but Islam's ethics(?) trying to destroy Israel's soul.

If you trully yearn for the rekindling of the "soul "of Israel you will certainly want to do all in your power(your pen is a powerful tool) to join me in our mutual struggle .

Sunday morning Shin Bet directory, Avi Dichter made an incredible disclosure at the cabinet meeting. Dichter stated that Israel is the largest contributor to the Palestinian Authority’s budget. Israel gives the PA one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) a year. This comprises 45 Percent of the PA’S total budget.

“There is no oversight (to ensure) that each and every dollar Israel transfers doesn’t go to funding terror,” Dichter said. He added that Arafat’s office receives a budget of roughly 9 million dollars ($9,000,000) and the director of the Shin Bet noted, “I cannot promise that at the margins the money doesn’t go to finance Fatah/Tanzim terrorists.”

In saying this, Dichter was making a clear and almost unprecedented indictment of the government. Our government is putting a billion dollars a year into a black controlled by one of the most active terror regimes in the world. And this terror regime is actively waging war against our country. And of course, our government knows that the PA uses its budgetary funds to finance terror because in the aftermath of Operation Defensive Shield, it published documents seized in IDF raids of PA offices and Arafat’s headquarters proving that the PA directly funded suicide bombings and was paying the salaries of terrorists!

In any even semi-rational country, this disclosure would have been the story of the week - if not the year. After all, can anyone imagine the Us media disclosure by the head of the FBI that the US was funding the Taliban or the Ba’athist regime in Iraq after September 11? In any marginally sane society, there would be demonstrations launched, lawsuits filed, black headlines, and stuttering government spokesmen sent out to whimper excuses for the governments’s financing of the murder of its citizens by the sworn enemies of the state!

Is there no end to the shame that the leaders of the Israel feel at their outward betrayal of the Jewish People?

We can not longer allow this madness and betrayal of the Jewish people, by Sharon, Peres and those aligned with them, to continue, while we sit and pray for miracles to take us out of the Matsav! Rabbi Hillel said, "If I am not for myself, who is and when"?

They Don't believe that G-D gave the Land of Israel to the Jews by Emanuel Winston
THEY DON’T BELIEVE G-D GAVE THE LAND TO THE JEWS

There is a reason why men like Shimon Peres, Yitzhak Rabin, Yossi Beilin, Bibi Netanyahu, Ehud Barak, Binyamin Ben Ami, Shaul Mofaz, Ehud Olmert, - and the others like them, are willing to part with pieces of Eretz Yisrael. They do not believe they own it and, therefore, any land anywhere is adequate for their purposes.

Since they do not believe in the one G-d of the Jews, there is no reason for them to believe that G-d gifted the Land of Israel to the Jewish people in perpetuity. For them, Israel is merely a land where they happen to be. Even those born in Israel feel no more ownership than if they were born in Egypt, Ukraine or the Galapagos Islands.

Granted, they will make a show of loyalty to the nation, telling all who will listen how much the land means to them. But, inside the man, it is merely a friendly brag because they do not want to appear trivial and a man without a nation.

Also, for political purposes, they will claim deep loyalty when, in fact, it is merely an opportunity to get a job that pays well, with the power and perks that go with office. This way they can get more than they could earn in the business sector with their minor talents.

If one compiles a short list of the politicians, judges, military officers selected for advancement due to their political correctness, you may be surprised at their profile

Although I list them as "non-Observant, most simply do not believe in G-d.

There are probably others than these. Those who work closely with them would know which way they lean. In general, Israel has too many ‘leaners’ and not enough ‘Stand-Uppers’.

Most of these men will put on a Kippa (skull-cap) when meeting with a high Rabbi from whom they require political support or at some state ceremonies BUT, they neither believe in the Kippa or the Rabbi and his G-d. For politic’s sake they will pretend observance - at least for the time it takes to finish the conversation and leave the atmosphere of a religious Jew.

Not all Leftists reject G-d but not all of the Right follow G-d’s Laws. The Left generally has a bitterness and hostility toward the religious Right. It’s a toss-up as to whether they hate the Hareidi (ultra-Orthodox, lit. ‘G-d-fearing’) more than the religious Pioneering Settlers.

The Shinui Party under Tommy Lapid as Justice Minister won its mandate by campaigning to undermine the religious Jews of Israel. He succeeded. As Justice Minister - appointed by Sharon who (in collaboration with Lapid) demolished the Ministry of Religious Affairs and put it under Lapid’s anti-religious authority in the Justice Ministry. Sharon knew and agreed with Lapid’s policies but preferred that Lapid wield the axe.

Bibi Netanyahu, Finance Minister, drastically cut state support to large families (usually religious) and to the religious schools and yeshivas who were living on shoestrings before the cuts. Here again, Sharon knew that the funds for religious schooling (even before the current cuts) were far less than funds given to secular education but, they were cut drastically anyway.

"WAR OF THE JEWS"

The "War of the Jews" goes on with the assimilated Jews driving to control Government power while the observant Jews press them with their numbers and voting power. For observant Jews, they are certain that the G-dless politicians and judges are steering the Ship of Israel’s State straight into a great barrier reef or deep abyss. Without the restraint of religion and its self-imposed guidelines, those who have the reins of power stumble from one disaster to another. Without honor, ethics and the belief in Israel’s rightful, sovereign claim to the Land, Israel’s current leaders are merely empty suits walking.

Worse yet, these are the role models for Israel’s young which may be why the use of drugs has skyrocketed and children no longer respect their parents or school authorities. If their high profile leaders can steal and get away with it, why should they adopt high moral standards. To see Israeli teens emulate what they believe are American kids, coloring their hair with wild colors, spiking it with gel (even the boys), dressing like little prostitutes with their bodies exposed (the girls), and both boys and girls piercing their bodies all over with idolatrous symbols is horrific.

Walk the streets of Tel Aviv and the Malls in Jerusalem and observe the teens with spiked and colored hair and rings in their navels (and other places). It is more than just a temporary display of teen rebellion because these kids have no anchor. They are likely to become amoral adults because they see no integrity or ethics in the behavior of their Government or Judicial systems. It’s, therefore, "OK" to be a nothing!

What then is different about assimilated Jews and those who believe in One Invisible G-d?

It is quite plain: Observant Jews have accepted the restraints within Torah Law which mostly control the very human tendencies to cheat, steal, murder, rape, pillage, etc. Observant Jews know in their souls and minds that Someone is looking over their shoulders at what they do. They know that a set of rules for behavior has been given to them as a Covenant in the Ten Commandments and the 613 Mitzvot (rules of conduct). They do, on occasion, break some of those rules and they know there is a price to pay sooner or later.

Assimilated Jews, on the other hand, who do not accept the existence of G-d and, therefore, reject His rules of behavior to devise their own rules. These are called "laws" which are then imposed upon others. Today there doesn’t seem to be any laws preventing young people from abusing their own bodies but Torah laws guard the body from abuse and exposure with laws of modesty. Children learn respect and moral and ethical behavior in their homes as toddlers and well before their first day of school.

Assimilated Jews might be surprised that many of today’s best man-made laws do actually have a basis in Torah Law. However, without a Torah education they don’t know the depth of wisdom to be found in the Torah. These Jewishly uneducated Jews do not necessarily develop inner self restraints. It is not that assimilated Jews have no conscience but, generally they rely on ethical behavior based on the rule of law as written and interpreted by other men. Such laws are necessary and good but they do not displace or match the quality of inner restraint learned by observant Jews all of their lives.

Of course, there are those Jews who did receive such an education and subsequently rejected because of whatever life’s visissitudes defeated them. (I am thinking specifically about Tommy Lapid who was raised in an Orthodox home and then became viciously anti-religious.)

Therefore, when you observe a list of politicians and Judges who do not believe in a Supreme Being, you know that this person relies only on him/or/herself for final judgement.

Politicians are famous (or infamous) for their ability to lie, often even believing their own lies. They are not highly regarded, except for a handful who display ethical courage in the face of their peers who are predominantly unethical scoundrels and, sometimes, even crooks.

Getting back to Israel, the evidence of a great effort to secularize the Jewish nation is piling up. Those assimilated Jews insist that all others follow their path and become assimilated Jews. They not only do not wish to be restrained in eating, playing, taking a religious wife, or coveting another man’s wife - but they do not wish to be reminded of their excesses by observant Jews merely being there and watching - which is probably why the Orthodox religious parties (aside from the NRP (National Religious Party) are not part of this Sharon government that is surrendering Israel’s ancient homeland, given to the Jewish people by G-d.

Assimilated Jews have a vague code of conduct generally borrowed from the non-religious Gentile world they know and prefer. Basically, they want to do whatever feels good, gains them power and they don’t want to get caught. That is their code of honor.

We see this now as the present Prime Minister is willing, even anxious to part with Land of Israel he neither owns nor feels is the eternal patrimony of the Jewish people as gifted to them by G-d. Since G-d does not exist for Sharon, he acts as if he feels the Land of Israel is merely a commodity to trade, appease and pacify foreign interests and Muslim terrorists.

Israel is presently ruled by avaricious men who have no belief in the Land they live in. They are politicians and judges, even high-ranking military officers and directors of Intelligence Agencies. Those who are today called "The Left" have, with careful planning, cornered the market on positions that control Israel. See the names of the highly influential and their profile: Sharon, Peres, Lapid, Netanyahu, Barak, Mitzna, and dozens more assimilated Jews believe in nothing more than themselves. Israel is ruled by the G-dless in her Government and Courts.

Many have a greater loyalty to the mixed group of Arab Muslims who call themselves Palestinians (since 1967) than they do for Israel. Even as the Arab Muslim Palestinians carry out their pledges to kill Jews and drive them from the Land, the assimilated ruling Jews of the Government and Supreme Court try to appease them. No atrocity is too heinous for those assimilated Jews to forgive or offer a rationale as to why it was done.

Think of the apologists who evolved Oslo, which brought Arafat back from proper exile in Tunis and since 1993 caused 1500 Israelis to be murdered, with tens of thousands more wounded, many maimed for life. Yet, the Osloids walk the street as free men and are honored. While they act as if they detest Judaism, they honor Islam with respect and accommodation.

Conversely, observant, G-d fearing Jews remind themselves through prayer, three times a day to follow the restraining rule G-d has given us. If that was not enough, twice a week, we ask for forgiveness and admit to things we have not even done in prayers called "Tachanun". That is to remind us, in case we are tempted to do them.

Assimilated Jews have no reminders each day. They rely upon the laws of men and such restraint when their conscience kicks in, or whatever is necessary to not get caught. When they do break the laws of men, they find a way to excuse themselves and forget the sin.

Observant Jews are not allowed to forget the sin, although they ask forgiveness. Then they do ‘Tshuva’ or repentance.

They know they’ll account to G-d, whereas a non-believer only has to account to a judge if caught. If you are important enough, you don’t even have to answer to a Judge in Israel. High ranking politicians, judges and other criminals answer to no one and rarely go to jail.

ISRAEL’S CULT OF DE-JUDAIZERS

History is replete with secret societies - each on a self-styled mission of control or access to power. Every nation through the centuries has had its secret societies with special rituals and tests for members to advance to higher levels. Each secret society had its friendly public face which masks the layers of its true intent. Religion or contra-religion was a theme repeatedly offered as the basis of these secret societies. Some advanced an ideology meant to reach a god for the earthly power it would supposedly bring and a guaranteed life after death.

For example, Egypt had many cults dedicated to reach to an underworld of powerful gods who could grant them earthly treasures, good crops, fertility and then life after death. Islam, through Mohammed had many such cults with promises of heavenly delights of sex and drink.

The anti-religious sought dark powers through sorcery and terrible rituals.

The Christians had many cults, searching for a way to connect with the Jew they chose as their god. But, they rejected his lifestyle as an observant, practicing Jew and proceeded to try killing off his family. Jesuits, Knights Templar, priests of different beliefs - often causing great wars, horrendous deaths, burning at the stake of those they considered non-believers or infidels. Jews were persecuted in every age in an attempt to force the Jews to pass over their Covenant.

All the other religions were pursuing that greatest of treasures: Life after Death.

The Jews too had their priests, serving the One G-d in the One Temple of Solomon, strictly according to G-d’s Laws in the Torah. Many of the non-Jews (Gentiles) wanted whatever power emanated from this Holy Site. Thus, they attacked to acquire the power of this G-d. From Solomon’s Temple holy things like the great golden candelabra and other sacred golden objects were looted by the Romans and now thought to be in the keep of the Vatican. Israel - and especially Jerusalem and the Temple Mount - became the place to defeat the Jews and capture their One G-d with His Covenant in order to become "Number One".

The search for the Holy Ark of the Covenant or anything else assumed to have a holy power led to murderous Crusades, violent courses of wars which brought death by war, starvation, disease and innumerable atrocities. We Jews had our traitors among us who betrayed their people to the Others then as they do now.

Which brings us back to the anti-G-d cults. Those who rose to power in Israel have distinguished themselves as an anti-G-d cult or society. It was no accident that, after Jerusalem was liberated in 1967, General Moshe Dayan immediately gave away the keys to the venerated Temple of Solomon on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to the Arab Muslim Waqf. Clearly, the line of Prime Ministers from David Ben Gurion through Sharon did not want a rallying center for Jews who believed in G-d. (I exempt Menachem Begin from this list because he was a believing Jew but he failed his own mission in the end. Many powers in Israel were against him.)

Dayan was a notorious stealer of ancient artifacts for his personal collection. It must have been difficult for him to give up the opportunity to dig and plunder the Holy of Holies. But, Dayan, Sharret, Ben Gurion, and those who followed had a greater mission as anti-G-d cultists. Whether they had a secret society dedicated to their ideology of ‘no religious observance’ or merely a ‘de facto’ undertaking that created a common bond of the G-dless, they surely all advanced the one goal of de-Judaizing Israel, including Jerusalem and especially the Temple Mount.

While other civilizations and religions warred against ancient Israel to plunder the secrets of the one G-d of the Jews, there were Jews who said: "Take it, we don’t want it."

These were the assimilated Jews who wished to be Hellenists or Romans or whoever would relieve them of the responsibilities of G-d’s Covenant. Needless to say, the corruptors are with us today. Just read the Oslo Accords and especially the latest betrayal, the Geneva Agreements which give total control of the Temple Mount over to Islam. This is a direct correlation to the PLO’s original Charter of 1964: complete De-Judaization of Israel and especially Jerusalem. The Cult of De-Judaizers has many Jewish members, some of whom have power in the Government and Courts.

As long as Jews held the treasure of the Covenant with G-d, they would be attacked. But, the Jews had something attached to them which they could not give away. The Covenant with G-d was forever and embodied in their souls - even in their genes. Many would-be conquerors understood this and tried to get the Jews to convert and bond G-d’s Covenant to their religion. Even when a Jew agreed to convert on the threat of death, the new religion only had an empty shell of a Jew who had abandoned G-d’s Covenant.

The secret or not-so-secret cult of G-dless Jews who currently hold the levers of power in Israel will one day be washed away. The question of the moment is: Who gathered these men and offered them a doctrine which required the de-Judaizing of the Nation and the Jewish people? Put another way: Who would suffer if the Jewish nation recaptured its assigned role as "A Light Unto The Nations"? Clearly, assimilated Jews who do not want a competing powers such as a re-built Third Temple, the right to pray at our Holy Sites like our ancestors’ graves and a rule by honest Judges.

A great deal of hostile energy, money, lives have been poured into demonizing the Jews with blood libels or that they were in league with the devil - in the words of the Church of Rome.

Whenever the Ark of the Covenant set out, Moses would say: "Arise O Lord and Your enemies will be dispersed and Your foes will flee before You. For from Zion shall go forth the Torah and the Word of the Lord from Jerusalem".

If the beacon of Light would, indeed, come forth from Jerusalem (from the Holy of Holies on the Temple Mount) all other religions would fall into line behind the Covenant of the Jews and the Torah. Is it any wonder that the Church of Rome and Islam would do everything possible to forestall the return of the Holy of Holies as G-d’s Throne on earth?

Add to that counter-force against the Jewish religious beliefs in the One G-d, the assimilated rejecters of this One G-d, residing in Jerusalem which would have made the assimilated G-dless rulers of Israel irrelevant.

When the Moshiach (Messiah) comes and the Third Temple arises, men like Sharon, Peres and their petty political parties will disappear. The Rabbis of Israel and observant Jews have yet to grasp who their enemies really are. For these enemies of the religious Jews believe that the Third Temple must not be allowed to rise and send forth its Light Unto the Nations - or so say the Church of Rome, Islam and the assimilated Jews who have abandoned G-d.

Send this to the Rabbonim and let them discuss what they have not yet seen or understood.

The real perpetual enemy of the People

In Henrik Ibsen's play An Enemy of the People, a therapeutic spring is discovered in a northern European village. Hordes of people flock to the spring, hoping to find a cure for their ailments. The village enjoys prosperity - but then "disaster" strikes: A local physician, Dr. Stockmann, discovers that the spring is contaminated. Its toxic waters not only fail to cure the sick but actually endanger their lives. The young physician decides to publicize his discovery with all due expedience, warning the townspeople and avoiding needless tragedy. To his astonishment, however, he encounters firm resistance on the part of local officials and leaders. "How can you do such a thing?" they asked. "It will dry up our village's only source of income, with catastrophic results for your own friends and neighbors."

This is what Dr. Stockmann was told by "realists" concerned for the wellbeing and development of their village, but he refused to back down and keep silent. He had a mission. From the moment he discovered the truth, it was incumbent upon him to fight for it, even if he had to do so alone. He fought, but the village fathers were unyielding and far stronger than he, of course. Backed by the power of the local bureaucracy, the press and various means of incitement, public speakers and intellectuals declared Dr. Stockmann "an enemy of the people."

Israel has been imbibing contaminated water for over a decade. Thirsting for peace and security, the Jews of the Holy Land hoped its leaders would provide them with a potion to cure their ills, a cure that promises peace, prosperity, increasing tourism and the evaporation of all our woes.

Toxic water was sold to the public in various packages with many different labels. It began with a beverage called "the Peace Agreement," an Oslo Underground specialty concocted by Yossi Beilin and a small group of cronies. They presented this abomination to ostensibly "realistic" leaders, who seized the opportunity to sell it to the masses.

When resistance was voiced by a Stockmann-like minority, crying out in desperate warning of impending tragedy, the entire well-oiled system went on the offense, seeking to grind them down by calling them "peace cowards" and "enemies of the people."

Governments changed but the insidious poison had already begun to permeate the nation. The old water was now sold under new labels: Benjamin Netanyahu packaged it as the "Hebron Agreement." Then came Ehud Barak who tried to sell it to us under the "Camp David" label, assisted by a mighty committed media system, a bureaucracy that persecutes its opponents, police and judicial terror and - worst of all - incitement against the demonized dissenters, against all who opposed the slowly penetrating toxins that threatened to annihilate us. We who stood in opposition remained "an enemy of the people."

For a brief period of time, the Israeli public appeared to have come to its senses and begun disassociating itself from the poisonous draft - but its leaders persisted. With the brutality of a tyrant and the force of a bulldozer, Ariel Sharon is already trying to cram another deadly dose into our bodies. This time, the label reads "Separation." Like many a dishonest tradesperson, he wraps his merchandise in colorful packages and uses a persuasive sales pitch to sweet talk his audience. When that does not work, he tries another marketing tactic - threats. Officials who stand in his way are dismissed, doubters are ostracized and those who cry our in protest are again called "enemies of the people."

Ariel Sharon appears to be saying "apres moi le deluge," severing himself from his constituency, dividing and destroying his own Likud Party and behaving for all intents and purposes like a "ticking time bomb" (as Mordechai Zippori once called him).

Sharon is willing to have Egypt guard our borders against the smuggling of weapons to Gaza. Ignoring the warning of IDF officers and security experts, he agrees to have terrorists retrained by Arab states (Egypt and Jordan), without receiving anything substantive in return. Through various propaganda channels, the committed media are already leaking news of "practical steps to prepare for evacuation of Katif settlements." They are enjoying the sight of bureaucrats getting ready to transfer Jews. What other term could describe the horrendous displacement campaign that they're planning, calling for the uprooting of men, women and children from their homes and the dead from their graves, the dismantling of synagogues and total destruction of homes, hothouses, lawns and flowers. If that isn't the most dreadful kind of transfer, what is?

And what will they tell us when the first Katyusha rockets fall in Ashkelon? Or on Sharon's own farm? What potion will they sell the pained nation, with ten years' worth of toxins in its veins, after having stifled warning cries repeatedly? Those who perceived the truth were deemed "enemies of the people," while those who poisoned the nation were called "realists."

Eventually, the truth will come to light. Let us hope that despite all attempts at contamination, our people will gather strength and eject all who tried to destroy us from within before the situation becomes hopelessly irreversible.

Should the U.S. Embassy be Relocated to Jerusalem?

Although Public Law 104-45, effective since November 1995, clearly states that it is U.S. policy to move the Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, once again, it has been postponed. Just as ex-President Bill Clinton did during his 2-term administration, President George W. Bush suspended the relocation asserting U.S. national security will be harmed and signed another 6-months security waiver as required by that law. Has the waiver application been effective? The question is whether the U.S. should move the Embassy and when.

BACKGROUND

The Public Law 104-45, better known as "The Jerusalem Embassy Relocation Act" was approved in November 1995 overwhelmingly by the Congress during the Clinton Administration. The act calls on the President to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital and as indicated in Section 3(a) move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem no later than May 31, 1999. However, the same law, has a clause to restrict its implementation. According to Section 7, the President is authorized to waive Section 3(b) for two 6-month periods provided that the waiver is necessary for national security interests. If the President does not invoke the waiver, then it is subject to financial penalties, precisely, for not complying with the law. In a nutshell, the same law allows the relocation of the Embassy and at the same time legal means for not fulfilling it.

From the Israeli perspective, they insist that complying with the law is important as it might put a stop to Arab-Palestinians using the waiver to strengthen their efforts on claiming Jerusalem as their capital, which they argue have no historical claim. Based on historical facts, Israel sustains that an undivided Jerusalem has been their capital since King David established it over 3000 years ago.

From the Arab-Palestinian perspective, they insist that relocating the Embassy would only interfere with the peace process. Consequently, from both groups, it appears that the argument held by the Arab-Palestinians has been stronger since the Law has been continuously waived.

Yet, the fact of avoiding the relocation has not proved any improvement or decrease of violence in the so-called peace negotiations, but an escalation since the 2000 Intifada. The level of hypocrisy goes to the open challenge of the Palestinian Authority, led by none other than Yasser Arafat, formerly terrorist leader of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, by having its own military groups involved in terrorist acts, such as Al-Fatah and Al-Aksa Martyrs Brigade. Therefore, moving the Embassy and having Israel eradicate terrorist infrastructures, could be a bold message for terrorists.

From the U.S. Congress perspective, in 1992, the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives unanimously adopted Senate Concurrent Resolution 113 of the 102nd Congress to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem, and reaffirming that Jerusalem must remain an undivided city.

U.S. POSITION

On one hand, the Arab community and pro-Palestinian groups could see the relocation as a confrontation, raising domestic and international public protest by the Arab states and the EU, which mostly have a pro-Palestinian position. On the other hand, many Jewish groups support his administration because they consider him a strong Israeli friend. However, since there is no one block Jewish vote but a divided group between Democrats and Republicans, pressure to fulfill the relocation of the Embassy is not strong. However, Democrat candidate Sen. John Kerry, for his part, also does not indicate that he will fulfill the relocation of the Embassy.

Yet, despite Bush postponing the relocation of the Embassy, he assured Secretary of State that his Administration "remains committed to beginning the process of moving our embassy to Jerusalem." The question is when will it be?

THE JERUSALEM QUESTION

Historically, while Jerusalem has been Israel's capital since King David established it over 3,000 years ago, it has never been the capital of any Arab state, even when it was under control of Jordan for 19 years (1948-1967). Also, there has never been a Palestinian country, language, or culture. Modern Palestine is the political invention of the Roman Empire during the 2nd Century AD. That is a fact. Arabs invaded Jerusalem in 634 AD in their quest to convert the world to Islam. Therefore, mathematically speaking, Jerusalem belonged to the Jews for around 2,400 years before Prophet Mohammed founded Islam in the 600s AD. From 1948-1967, Israeli citizens of all faiths as well as Jewish citizens were denied access to holy sites in the area controlled by Jordan. Moreover, Jewish synagogues and cemeteries were desecrated. Israelis were also forbidden to pray at the Temple Mount and the Western Wall, which is the Jews' holiest shrine representing the connection to their past, present, and future.

However, after Jordan, for the second time, attacked West Jerusalem in the 1967 Six-Day War, Jerusalem was again reunited by Israel. One interesting point is that contrary to previous Jordan rule, since the reunification of Jerusalem by Israel, all religious faiths including Jews, Christians, and Arabs, have been guaranteed full access to holy sites within the city. Interestingly, in 1987 when Jordan King Hussein relinquished Jordan's administrative and legal ties to Judea and Samaria (West Bank), he did not delegate them to the PLO.

Continuing with historical claims, Jews pray facing Jerusalem, Muslims pray facing Mecca. Muslims consider Jerusalem their third holiest place for the Dome of the Rock after Mecca and Medina; Jews consider Jerusalem their holy city. Furthermore, the Dome of the Rock was built during the Umayyad Dynasty in 691 over the ruins of the Second Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount, destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD, and the al-Aksa in 715. So, who has a stronger valid claim?

CLINTON ADMINISTRATION

The P. L. 104-45 was passed during Pres. Bill Clinton Administration. Still, like Pres. Bush, he exercised the waiver of relocation based in Section 7(a) alleging national security reasons.

Clinton had the opportunity to fulfill the relocation, but like the Bush Administration, he also faced peace negotiations and did not want to undermine the peace process. Nevertheless, in July 2000, after the failed Camp David talks and besides suggesting that, he was considering mov

On the other hand, despite peace negotiations, the Palestinian Authority has become part of the terrorist problem, since their military groups are declared terrorist groups, such as Al-Fatah and Al-Aksa Martyrs that claim many terrorist acts. However, eradication of terrorist groups in the occupied Judea and Samaria (wrongly referred as the West Bank) has not been done and every time Israel defends itself from terrorist attacks the U.S. criticizes it. Bottom line, has it been beneficial or not to waive continuously the relocation of the Embassy?

CONCLUSION

Arguably, the failure to fulfill P.L.104-45, which recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and moving the Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem is interpreted by many as sending a loud message to terrorists that their tactics and strategies are functioning. Hence, for almost 9 years, it appears that P.L. 104-45 consists of only executing waivers. Whether the relocation of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem would help or hurt the current war against terrorism, is to be seen. What do you think?
